Covid-19 Compliance Statement  16/06/2021

In England, from 21st June, there’s a 4-week pause at Step 3 of the roadmap. After 2 weeks, the government will review the data to see if the risks have reduced.

We devised an event plan in 2020 that allowed us to go ahead with a safe outdoor festival and this has been carried through to 2021.

We are very grateful to be able to produce this festival format and we remain committed to managing an event that is fun, safe for all, and gives you the chance to enjoy a lot of what we have all been missing!

You can find more info over on our FAQ page

* The event follows guidelines issued by the government.

  • Our seating spaces are socially-distanced with table service available and staff provided with PPE.
  • We will also be operating an NHS Track and Trace system.

Our hearts go out to those fellow industry pros in the events world who are having to cancel or rapidly adapt and whilst we all agree that public safety and support of our precious NHS is paramount, we do know how devastating a second year of this is to so many businesses.

So, let’s raise a glass to one another, stay safe, respect space, and celebrate us being able to deliver some outstanding live music and performances to you as we welcome incredible talent to The Picnic stage.
